Fix payment and billing issues

Applies to editions of Google Workspace and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin panel.

Use this information to fix your issue if you get a payment-related alert in your Google Admin console.

How to Set a Payment Issue in Google Workspace

Step ane: Brand sure your chief payment method is valid

The most common billing problem is non having a valid primary payment method for automatic payments. Verify your Google Account or banking concern account

Verify your Google Account

If we can't verify your Google Account information, Google suspends your payments profile and dims the Brand a payment push button. Verify your information by filling out this form.

Other means to fill out the form:

  • Click Learn More in the warning that says your payments contour is suspended.

Follow these steps if your credit menu:

  • Is expiring before long, but hasn't yet
  • Has expired, simply isn't your primary payment method
